We produce everything in-house (embroidery, screen printing, vinyl heat transfers, sublimation) at our Lowveld facility, so there are no outsourced delays.

Pickup Option
You may collect your order directly from our Lowveld facility at no charge. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready.
Bulk Orders (50+ items)
Bulk orders and government tenders may be shipped via freight courier. We will provide a separate shipping quote based on pallet size and destination.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. For neighboring countries (Eswatini, Mozambique, Zimbabwe), please contact us directly for a custom quote.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Inspect all items immediately upon delivery
- Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours with photos
- We will file a claim with the courier and replace damaged goods (if fault is ours or courier’s)
